“Unit No Pros: Well lit..cheery hallways..heated entrance..good upkeep of floors. Garbage room Cons: Very consistently cold last year and this year..if you're hot blooded you'll be ok..if not..do NOT rent here Advice to landlord: Be generous with the heat as you used to be”
