“Pros: A great location Cons: Abusive landlord - very rude, unreliable, wouldn't respond to any claim, wouldn't fix major problems, enter the property without notice etc. It's been 5 months since we left the unit - didn't receive our security deposit yet. Poor maintenance (leaking windows, broken floors, frequent heating problems) Advice to landlord: Respect your tenants rights !”
