“Pros: Nothing good about this building. DONT MOVE HERE THE SUPER IS HORRIBLE LAZY AND BUILDING IS DIRTY, NO HEAT AND LOTS OF PEST Cons: Never any heat Pest control is horrible Hallways are filthy Intercom never works Outside perimeter is dirty The super is lazy and never seen Advice to landlord: Hire new super Stop using cheap products when fixing apartments Do pop up visit so you can see that the super doesn’t work This building is filthy and run down. I would never recommend anyone to live here”

“Pros: No pros available Cons: Poor Maintenance management is terrible my ceiling fell and management left me for two days with out attempting to cover it up which then caused a rodent infection Advice to landlord: Get new management”
