“Pros: Location was great and made friends with neighbors. Roof was also a nice perk. We moved in during Covid so we got a great deal, but they continued raising the rent so it definitely wasn’t worth it later down the line. Cons: We had a roach problem and water leaked through our ceiling every time it rained :) also someone tried to break into our apartment which broke our lock and we had to fight with management to reimburse us. Advice to landlord: Redo the entire roof and get better pest control”

— 871 HART STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: The location was great and the apartment was renovated and clean. Cons: It took them a very long time to address repairs. Like months. We went 4 or 5 months without a working stove just because they took so long to schedule repairs. Advice to landlord: Respond quicker to repair requests”
