“Pros: Location is good. Lots of space. Owner and super are responsive and quick about fixing things. Cons: There's the occasional roaches, and people buzz in random people who steal packages.”

“Pros: Great location. Responsive super who fixes things quickly. Thick walls Cons: Had a minor roach problem during my first 2 months but they were gone after that. Pricey. Loud neighborhood but that’s the east village for you.”
