“Pros: It’s close to the J and in front of a park. Includes washer dryers, and dishwasher, and recently renovated. Package room available but the delivery people don’t know about it. Allows dogs. Cons: Heat problems, hot water problems, A LOT of noise, no a/c, and they charge you for installing an a/c, floors are slanted, windows are filthy and let the cold in, and they refuse to fix it. Elevator always breaking down. Management say they will fix but don’t do anything. Advice to landlord: Fix issues that tenants bring up!! We not living here for free”
