“Pros: Recently changed management, but so far management has been responsive. Awesome super and maintenance staff. Residents generally quiet, some families, a lot of professional types. Connected via basement to Life Time gym. Cons: Amenity fee even though there is no gym in the building. Pool is pretty cold in the summer as it's shaded so only good for extremely hot days.”
