“Pros: Very Convenient location. Cons: Cockroach infested. Dirty basement. Smelly lobby. Elevator is outdated. When it rains, water leaks inside the elevator. Packages gets stolen in the lobby. Advice to landlord: Control the pests problem in the building.”
