“Unit 2e Pros: - close to the train - AC & heat works 90% of the time - Gym is convenient having in building - big bathrooms Cons: - bedrooms are small - washing machines are broken half the time - elevator down a lot of the time - walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors very easily - some machines in the gym were broken for a couple months - extremely expensive for small space Advice to landlord: make sure everything in the building is functioning”

“Pros: * Very close to the L train ( same block) * Central air * Gym and rooftop * Package room - loss of packages low Cons: * Laundry in building is absurdly expensive * Management refusal to compensate when laundry is out of order and gym equipment is out of order because "it's not included in our rent" * Small apartments / shared living space * Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors breathing Advice to landlord: Take better upkeep of the building”

“Pros: Very dog friendly, friendly neighbors, Cons: some Noisy neighbors, the first floor with basement apartment can smell like mildew, the solution was to put a very loud dehumidifier in the hallway. Advice to landlord: Clean the washing machines more frequently.”

“Unit 4G Pros: Good neighbors, good unit size, no real issues. Cons: If your building faces the street, it will be incredibly loud all the time. Advice to landlord: Make it quieter.”

“Pros: Pretty clean and close to trains and grocery store Cons: Some neighbours say that they see mice in their apartments and also there is a violation in apartment A3. Really bad smell comes from their apartmemt and you can smell it from 3rd floor sometimes especially during hot days. They have a lot of garbage in their apartment and nobody does anything about it. This is going for 2 years since i moved in. Unacceptable. The heating is really bad. It's not on all the time but when it is it's too hot and during night time they turn it off and it's turned on around 6 am when people leave their home for work and nobody needs the heat.”

“Pros: Central air, clean, quiet, Bluetooth speakers integrated. lol Cons: Random washing machine malfunctions. Bottom middle. Consistently. Advice to landlord: Replace elevator bulbs that are out.”

“Pros: Clean gym, updated appliances, nice rooftop Cons: Trash rooms filled with boxes, no onsite super, laundry machines often dirty or broken, laundry machines a scam - always takes $2.50 even though the dryer is only $1.75 Advice to landlord: Fix the laundry machines, remove Bluetooth speakers from apts or improve sound proofing - walls too thin.”

“Pros: Cleaned regularly and management is responsive to service requests. Cons: Lots of people don’t wear masks in common indoor areas. No “mask policy” at all. Advice to landlord: Post a sign asking for people to wear a mask in common indoor areas.”

“Pros: Nice neighbors, gym always empty, landlord is communicative and overall a great vibe Cons: Noisy front facing apartments due to road. If you lock yourself out expect long delays before you can get in unless u get a locksmith. Someone smokes in the building and it always smelt of cigarette. Floors in building get dirty easy. Washing machines in the middle always break. Advice to landlord: Check the laundry situation bi weekly”
