“Pros: Quiet, gets good light, close to subway Cons: We had ongoing mold issues the entire time we lived here and the landlord was extremely difficult to get in touch with. We finally were able to get them to make some slapdash fixes but continued to have problems. The management refuses to answer maintenance requests but the property manager barely responds.”
