“Pros: Great prices, kind neighbors, quiet building. Super is extremely kind Cons: lots of pests in outside trash area Advice to landlord: take care of the building and redo the trash area outside. Deep clean the stairwells and entry spaces”

“Pros: Rent Stabilized; nice neighbors; functional appliances; great superintendent. Cons: Issues with teens smoking weed in the common spaces; building looks a little worn; inconsistent heat in the beginning of winter.”

“Unit 2A Pros: Quiet building and somewhat quiet street with a local that plays smooth r&b in his car for a few hours on Sunday. Cons: No pest control, old apartments and only refurbished if you’re a gentrifier. Advice to landlord: Cement over the front bushes!!!!!! The rats have uprooted most of the dirt!”

“Pros: It was conveniently located next to the JMZ Cons: Worst landlord, didn’t give us our security deposit back for 2 months for no reason. Never responded unless he needed something from us. Terribly rude neighbors, our packages always got stolen. Advice to landlord: Find somewhere else in the area”
