“Pros: Good parking because it’s across from a school Cons: No sense of ownership from the landlord. Very absent and the office workers are rude Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants like they matter and NOT like they’re disposable”

“Pros: Super is really nice other than that wont be a pleasant stay Cons: Alot of roches, mices in building, if you have a problem with something in the apartment management wont take care of it Advice to landlord: Building needs alot of work to be up to code”
