“Pros: It’s relatively cheap. Cons: It’s cheap because there are rats and you will see them in your home. You will also hear them in the walls, and then they will occasionally die in the walls, and you will then smell them through the walls. The walls and windows may leak and the landlords only hire people who will dodge your calls and not show up to fix anything. Advice to landlord: Sell your property.”
