“Pros: Building is quiet, live-in super, brusque but nice enough. Cons: Not well-cleaned, pest problems that management was unresponsive to, poorly maintained building and units. Real issue is with landlord/management company Leonidas Realty (also known as 8206 Third Avenue Realty)—they lie on your application, saying you make more money than you do by claiming that you'll "probably receive a bonus" and to "make your application more competitive to the landlord" even though...they are the landlord? Sketchy! Nothing bad happened to us while we were there but still, renters beware that their business dealings are suspect. Advice to landlord: Don't falsify tenants' reported income on applications”
