“Pros: Laundry room, porters keep things pretty clean and building management is responsive. Building has great bones. Cons: It can’t be helped that there are some that don’t treat where they live well so it can sometimes get dirty after the porters and super try to clean it. Advice to landlord: Keep being responsive. It’s nice to know someone listens we we need it.”
