“Pros: I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Very quiet, respectful neighbors, quiet building and neighborhood, close to many major subway lines, beautiful building, clean and no bugs or rodents, and updated appliances. Cons: It can be hard to get a hold of the super directly but if you cc the building management company directly they are responsive so it wouldn’t stop me from me moving here. Anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved. Advice to landlord: It’s a great building and I wouldn’t hesitate to move here.”
