“Pros: The tenants are all very nice people, helpful and friendly. Cons: The owners and management are not responsive to problems. Advice to landlord: Be more sensitive to the fact that these apartments are our homes, not just a transitional place to live before moving on to the next thing.”

“Pros: Well priced rent. Cons: Not we’ll noise insulated from floor to floor. Though it might have changed with the remodel.”
