“Pros: Good water pressure. A/C works well. Cons: Heating doesn’t work well. Apartments flood when it rains. Garbage isn’t properly taken out for collection, resulting in bug issues. Property management does not respond in a timely or effective manner. Even have court summons/violation tickets for the management being left on the building door and residents mailboxes. Advice to landlord: Get a different management company, and a different super who isn’t also overseeing 16 other buildings.”
