“Pros: is close from food, train and convenience stores. Cons: the building is supposed to be pet-friendly but the neighbors will always try to report you if you have a dog and barks 2 times in the day, theres mostly old and people that are mad all the time because they couldn't do anything worth it for themselves. Advice to landlord: clean the outside part of the building, theres always homeless sleeping at night in the front door”

“Pros: Easy to commute and many grocery shopping options, diverse neighborhood Cons: Many roaches inside the apt and homeless people around”
