“Pros: perfect location, central ac, pretty interior, 2 bathrooms Cons: the absolute worst management (besen properties), no super, poor pest management. Advice to landlord: quit your job.”

“Pros: Only thing I liked was rooftop access besides this was an average building. Cons: It was not as clean as I would like it to be. Advice to landlord: Please fix leaking water from the bathroom ceilings and do pest control.”
