“Pros: Super isn't around much so you aren't bothered often. Cons: Walls between apartments are super thin, you can hear your neighbor walking around easily. Water pressure for showers is non-existent. Building feels like nobody takes care of it year-round. Advice to landlord: Try to keep up the apartments. If renter is in for more than 3 years, offer to paint the apartment like you're legally obligated to. Place signs in the hallway around mask wearing. Try to acknowledge Covid and the growing mouse problem.”

“Pros: Great location and neighborhood. Cons: Landlord overcharges and doesn’t communicate. Didn’t have gas for more then a year. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and nice with tenants.”
