“Unit 3A Pros: Super was always available to fix anything within same day or next day, even took care of used boxes for me when I was moving in. Very hands off landlord. Super quiet at night, not much street noise during the day. Cons: Neighbors can be hit or miss, since a lot of Columbia students or recent grads move into the building, but for the most part you can only ever hear the neighbors directly above or below you. Advice to landlord: Befriend the neighbors.”

“Unit 3D Pros: Spacious, has everything- just come with your clothes, large bedrooms, great location- close to CPark and the subway. Cons: Walk-up, some apt are used for Airbnb sometimes, no balcony, weak wifi signal when I was there. Some pest problems but the super took care of it pretty fast. Advice to landlord: Install a proper wifi for all tenants..”
