“Pros: Management was fairly responsive. Work orders usually got taken care of in a few days. The building was always clean, I never had any issues with bugs or pests. Cons: If you're facing Franklin, your apartment is going to be incredibly loud all the time. If you can get over that, it's a pretty good place.”
