“Pros: Good sunlight Nice management No problems with super, but didn’t really interact with them Cons: Hallway always smells Once a week I’ll see a cockroach Occasionally, residents with throw out trash all at the same time and it will overflow, but the supper will take care of it within the next 24 hours”

“Pros: Landlord is responsive Cons: Staircase smells, trash management is poor - needs to be cleaned up/moved to avoid pest and rodents and bad smell. Pest control is also not great”

“Pros: Close to lots of restaurants Cons: Far from subway, older prewar building with paint upon paint layers on the door frames Advice to landlord: Gut renovate”
