“Pros: Laundry in building, clean, quiet, well maintained. Cons: Starting to get noisy outside due to location of bars down the block, nothing unreasonable Advice to landlord: Need to bait laundry room with bug traps”

“Pros: Staff are great, friendly neighbors, lots of light, high ceilings, good heat, very clean Cons: The subway and traffic outside does create environmental noise, but one becomes accustomed to it Advice to landlord: Paint more frequently.”
