“Pros: Great location! Lots of great morning light Cons: Roaches, incredibly loud heating system”

“Pros: Big apartment, convenient location, quiet. Cons: The facade is not nice, there is humidity, the odor of of next apartment feels on mine. Mold, horrible mold in the bathroom, leaks. Advice to landlord: Honesty about the real conditions of the apartment.”

“Pros: The super is nice and so are others in the building Cons: You don’t have control of your heat and they keep that thing cranked! I kept my window open in the dead of winter. I moved out in July and didn’t get my security deposit until January. I called them every day and left so many voicemails. I think I was just to annoying to deal with. Advice to landlord: Clean up the back area. Get regular exterminators in there.”
