“Unit 1R Pros: I loved the backyard and the location of the building. The water pressure was great and the landlord was generally receptive to typical maintenance tasks for plumbing issues. Cons: Security issues of people entering the building, however, the landlord was not so helpful. The trash overflows and there are some rats in front of the building at times.”

“Pros: Lots of space, backyard, pest control comes once a month Cons: Rented out illegal apartments, illegally destabilized, management harrasses tenants and tried raise rent over legal percentage during covid Advice to landlord: Stop trying to be above the law”
