“Pros: Great area to live in. Cons: Cockroaches, neighbors are not nice, water damage from leaks, hallways were disgusting and dingy. Advice to landlord: Take care of the property and make sure tenants are good.”

“Pros: Apartment was very nice and situated on 5th avenue with lots of good restaurants Cons: Fire trucks and garbage trucks were very loud. Building hallways are messy. Advice to landlord: clean the hallways better.”
