“Pros: Good location close to many major subway lines. Close to good food. Quiet and safe area. Cons: Pest control non existent. German roaches infested in the building either due to unclean neighbors or bad pest control. Probably due to neighbors. Advice to landlord: Ensure all owners are taking care of their unit.”
