“Unit 33 Pros: Awesome roof and cool pre war aesthetic. Cons: Heat barely works, terrible water pressure, over pricing rent stabilized units. Advice to landlord: Follow the law.”

“Pros: big, rent controlled Cons: loudish, not responsive super, and someone frequent pests although this may be at fault of our specific unit’s previous owners Advice to landlord: not sure tbh it’s my first rental”

“Pros: Super will come if you need. Trash is taken care of properly and promptly. Hallways and stairs are cleaned periodically. Verizon Fios is really really fast with almost no hiccups. Cons: It’s a very old building and some tenants complain of smells coming up from the drains or of mildew/mold smells. Not something I experienced myself.”
