“Unit 1 Pros: Super responds quick Cons: Hallway is dirty”

“Pros: Apartments are pretty spacious for the neighborhood. Cons: Pretty bad roach problems in some units. Exterminator does coke once a month but it’s not much help. Also lots of noise comes in through windows if on the street facing side. Advice to landlord: More vigorous extermination procedures.”

“Pros: Pretty clean apartment, plenty of sun light. Good price for the location. On a quiet street. Cons: No door man, no video intercom. Package was stolen multiple times. Had roachs for the first month, but mostly gone after pest control comes. Advice to landlord: Video intercom please.”
