“Pros: I was the first person to live in my unit after it was renovated. Brand new side-by-side front-loading washer and dryer and dish washer. Unit was also rent stabilized. Truly a diamond on the UES. The building owner was responsive and the building super was AMAZING!! Helped when I moved in, installed my window A/C, and replaced our microwave. I was there for a year (only moved because of work relocation) and no pest issues. Can’t say enough good things. Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Packages were never stolen and it was never loud.”
