“Pros: - exterminator could come every month -laundry and extra storage in basement - new appliances Cons: - laundry card only accepts cash and management would take forever to unload cash machine, it filled up so quickly -landlord got in trouble for doing a “shared unit” for our gas from national grid. We were paying to heat the basement that the whole building shared - slow to fix issues Advice to landlord: Be most responsive and respectful toward your tenants”
