“Unit 2 Pros: The area is family friendly, clean for the most part, and very accessible. Building is well maintained. Cons: Service can be slow for different types of repairs etc. Advice to landlord: Please be quicker to respond”

“Pros: It’s a beautiful building and there are many interesting creative studios here. Cons: The landlord here they raises the rent significantly year after year, tack on fees every chance they get, and refused to give anyone a break during COVID when all businesses in this building had to shut down due to the state mandate. Not worth the price. Advice to landlord: Show some humanity.”

“Pros: Good location and they know it. Cons: Absolutely awful landlords who are rude, mean spirited, and run shoddy buildings. These people have been so cruel to small businesses during the pandemic. They are the epitome of what is wrong with nyc landlords, piling on bogus legal fees into artists and community businesses struggling with a pandemic. No empathy, no kindness, no sense of morality. Advice to landlord: Being a good person is not so difficult and might actually get you to keep your tenants.”

“Pros: Location is great Cons: This building is run by slumlords who harass tenants and are unwilling to work with existing tenants. They seem like they will be kind and flexible but once you sign the lease they are harsh, mean, and unresponsive. It is truly despicable. Everyone be warned. There are mice and roaches everywhere. They do not pick up trash frequently. They do not help tenants with heat or AC. They are truly the worst of the worst. Advice to landlord: Be kind. Be a good person. You can do better than treat other humans like garbage.”
