“Pros: very charming details, close to transportation, close to parks, Cons: landlord does not keep the building in good repair so when something goes wrong it's already at an emergency level like: burst pipes, gas leaks, broken stove. Landlord does nothing about nuisance tenants: smoking (it's a non smoking building), excessive noise and stomping causing cracks in plaster ceiling, prostitutes and drug dealers visiting one neighbor, vomit in the vestibule, roaches in hallway. Advice to landlord: We pay you a lot of money to live here. What are you doing with that money? Take care of the building. Vet the new tenants.”
