“Pros: Lived here for years and the price was good, management was NOT. Pests, hot water and heat issues. Mail constantly stolen. Juan who was the super was very kind however. Cons: area is dirty, its a dark building. super doesnt live in the building at at least didnt when i lived there. Management is rude and unresponsive and truly does not care about the tenants”

“Pros: Owners are very responsive, you’re near everything you’d need Cons: Noisy bars, to be expected”
