“Pros: Roof access, gym equipment in basement Cons: Management was extremely slow to respond or non-responsive to frequent request for repairs. Repairs to sink and door were made hastily and fell apart again quickly. When they did show up to make repairs, people sent by management repeatedly entered without wearing a mask even after we asked multiple times for them to please mask in our apartment because one of our housemates is immune compromised. Advice to landlord: Responsiveness to tenant requests and considering tenant health is important.”
