“Unit 5A Pros: The people who live here are good people Cons: The building is in very bad shape. it is rarely cleaned, The landlord does not take responsibility to repairs, instead the management company insists you tell the super about repairs. The super is fine and he works hard, but there is too much to keep up with. A greedy management company runs this building and many others in the city: Manor Management is the worst landlord that I have ever paid rent to. I would leave if I could afford to. Advice to landlord: provide decent appartments for the rent that you charge. Maybe you need to pay your super more because he is stressed.”
