“Pros: Good location in Brooklyn. Cons: Cats are being sold in the basement without tenants knowledge until they move in. People frequently come to buy the cats and the transaction takes place in the common hallway. The hallways and apartments smell very strongly of cat urine. Advice to landlord: Clean the basement and move your cat business”
