“Unit 5R Pros: Landlord is very responsive. Pest control visits bi-monthly. I had no issues with bugs or rats. Hallways/stairs get cleaned weekly. Super is on-site. Cons: Though super is on-site, it was a little difficult at times to get a hold of them. Advice to landlord: N/A”
