“Pros: I havent seen a single roach or rat so that's nice. Cons: The units are definitely small, which is fine. But the washroom is TINY Advice to landlord: Bigger washrooms... also keep this roach free pls”

“Pros: Fantastic location. Back units are insulated from noise. Nice ceiling lights. Cons: Very little interior noise insulation. Moldy AC unit. Front door slams very loudly. Advice to landlord: Clean AC. Clean trash area.”
