“Unit 5D Pros: Affordable rent is NOT worth the roach infestation here. Building is crawling with them and soon your apartment will be too. Sad bc this building is on a nice street in excellent location. Cons: Roaches and thin walls. When the pests aren’t causing me to spiral, my upstairs neighbor’s noise is. Advice to landlord: This building needs to be completely fumigated for roaches”
