“Pros: only studios/1 beds, mostly professional respectful tenants, close to subways Cons: mice, lots of bugs, cracked ceilings/walls/baseboards, radiator doesn’t work, no sunlight Advice to landlord: better rodent control/accountability, better maintenance jobs (most are done sloppily and without care)”
