“Pros: The location is ideal! Cons: My apartment had an ongoing roach problem. The landlord sent an exterminator who said the issue was coming from an apt below us. Unfortunately roaches were a constant problem the entire time we lived here, they infested our instant pot, were in our rooms, and always crawling on the walls.”
