“Pros: Easy access to restaurants and bars Cons: Had lingering smell in our hallway go unattended for a few weeks”

“Pros: Good location, lots of light, elevator, and a responsive live in-Super. Cons: Management, loud neighbors, frequently stolen packages, and some people in the building dealt with cockroaches.”

No laundry in the building, will occasionally see dead cockroaches in common areas Advice to landlord: allow online payments”

“Pros: The location is great, heat and water pressure are good. Cons: Can be loud depending if facing the street. Lately there’s been roaches in the lobby. Also, some of the repairs can take forever.”
