“Unit 4B Pros: Great location with lots to do. I was in a unit on the top floor and had access to the private roof. The apartment itself is fine although a bit old and did leak occasionally. Cons: Management company was completely useless. We had an ongoing leak for months. It took a legal notice to get them to fix it. We had a broken dishwasher for half the year and eventually gave up on getting it fixed. It only got fixed when they started I showing the apartment to new potential tenants. The super was incredibly rude and yelled at my mom on the phone when she complained about the apartment being filthy when we moved in. I am currently battling to get my security deposit back and I’ve been moved out for over a month at this point.”

“Pros: Nice looking apartment on top floor. Used to have roof access Cons: Did not have heat or hot water in the winter for months with a total lack of action by management, despite countless calls, emails, and withholding of rent payment Advice to landlord: Please listen to your tenants and cover the bare minimum.”
