“Unit 1A Pros: The apartments themselves are okay? Having cheap laundry in building is nice. Cons: The building does not take care of trash or clean the building very frequently. Smaller laundry room means people don’t clean it, and small fixtures with fall off or break more frequently. Advice to landlord: Spend more money to get good things than have to replace them forever.”
