“Pros: It's got character, wooden floors, creaky staircase, recently painted, and the area is quiet Cons: actual appliances in the apartments are very very old, replacement fridge turned out to be smaller, the radiators can be way too hot in the winter, no central cooling, no washer and dryer in building, no dishwasher, no roof or backyard access really”

“Pros: inexpensive, close to the park/train/grocery stores, good windows Cons: terrible neighbors, cockroaches, water damage, never saw the super once in two years of living here Advice to landlord: be more caring for your tenants!”
