“Pros: I loved this building!! It really felt like home. The super was wonderful and quick to come fix anything that would happen. My apartment was great so much natural light and new finishes. It was perfect for me. Cons: In the winter there was def a big draft that came in from the windows which made the apt rlly cold. Some roaches in hallways in summer”

“Unit 3g Pros: -Great doormen and super -Laundry on every floor -App for packages and guests -Beautiful lobby Cons: -no natural light in most apartments -a few bug issues -co op so there are more fees to move in and depending on who your landlord is they may or may not be very willing to help you if something needs to be replaced. Advice to landlord: None at this time”

“Pros: Super friendly doorman and super, quick to respond to issues! Cons: heating controlled centrally, gets hot in winter sometimes”

“Pros: The location and my unit are amazing. Cons: Building Manager is nasty and incompetent. Super does the basics, but not super on top of things. Board is happy with the status quo. Staff is great. Advice to landlord: Rent or buy anywhere else, unless you have a lot of money to burn.”
