“Pros: paid laundry in basement, all digital locks, nice roof deck. Cons: cheap renovations and cut corners. extremely unresponsive to need for repairs. misleading apartment listings. comically rude and unhelpful management. Advice to landlord: consider the preexisting fabric of the neighborhood, treat your tenants like humans who pay your mortgage.”
